Hey Makeup Junkie! I found your site when I was browsing around for MAC related stuff. I am a MAC addict♥ I am getting back to work after having triplets & I was lucky enough to land an interview with MAC. I am so excited I can hardly stand it, but I have never done makeup professionally before. I do have a backround in fine arts so I am comfortable with color & textures, but very intimidated to interview. Do you have any tips for my big audition? Please help. I really enjoyed your site, I will be back to nurture my addiction;)

Congrats on the interview and thanks for visiting my site! I'm not sure where you're located and if MAC does interviews in different locations but my advice is to where all black haha. Really it's true. Also, just be really bubbly and outgoing. If it's a group interview participate - they really like that. If you're doing an application interview (I think they still do that), they will ask you to apply makeup on the eyes lips and cheeks in 25 mins or so. I know you don't have makeup experience but maybe try familiarizing yourself with brushes and what each one does. They'll also expect you to explain to the customer step-by-step instructions and why you chose specific colours. I hope these suggestions help! And I can't believe you have triplets! That's amazing!
